This was my reality—not long ago, I found myself gaining weight, losing energy, and feeling constantly bloated. Amidst the chaos of trying to be present for everyone, I had neglected my own health.
Realizing the need for change was tough, but it was the first step toward a transformative journey. I began taking early morning walks, which soon became my sanctuary.
