When we exercise, our brain releases endorphins, which are known as “feel-good” hormones. These endorphins help reduce feelings of anxiety, anger, and frustration, promoting a sense of well-being and positivity.
We will encourage you to incorporate regular exercise into your daily routine to experience the mental health benefits it provides. Whether it’s a brisk walk, a yoga session, a workout at home or a gym, together we can find an activity that you will enjoy and make it a part of your self-care regimen.
