By engaging in self awareness activities, you will be able to develop essential skills for your overall well-being.

It is a sad reality that men often suffer alone due to societal expectations and gender norms. Men are taught to be strong and independent, which can make it difficult to express emotions or seek support. This can lead to feelings of isolation and loneliness. We are here to support you, do not suffer alone, its safe to express your emotions in our private discreet supportive enviornment.

Furthermore, men may fear being judged or seen as weak if they open up about their struggles. As a result, they may choose to suffer in silence rather than reach out for help.

It is crucial that we recognize and address this issue in order to support men’s emotional health and well-being.

Dear Self,
I commit to the following daily routine:
– Go to bed at 10:30 PM and wake up at 5:30 AM.
– Drink water first thing in the morning.
– Exercise for 30 to 40 minutes daily.
– Aim to achieve 7,000 to 10,000 steps per day.
– Make my bed every morning.
– Perform 2 minutes of planks.
– Journal daily (What Do I Want)
– Read 50 pages every night before bed.
– Avoid sugar

Let’s start walking 7000-10000 steps daily! Walking 7000-10000 steps daily has been shown to enhance mental well-being by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.

Fittness, Meantal Health and Menifesting

I am excited to introduce you to a daily workout/menifesting routine designed for beginners. START WRITING YOUR WANT DOWN!
Time to get started: 50 push-ups, 50 body squats, 50 lunges, 50-second wall sit, 50-second plank, read 50 pages daily. By completing these exercises daily, you will improve your strength, endurance, overall fitness level and mental clarity.

You are not alone!

We propose a shift in your approach to mental wellness, let’s prioritize building sustainable healthy habits. Here are some key habits to incorporate into our daily routine:
1. Avoid snacking between meals.
2. Aim to go to bed by 10 pm each night.
3. Commit to taking a couple of walks every day.
4. Make it a goal to hit the gym at least 4 times a week.
5. Start the day with 1 liter of water upon waking.
6. Ensure 30 minutes of morning sun exposure for a healthy dose of Vitamin D.
7. Plan to have 3 nutrient-dense, high-protein meals each day.
